Viktor has 7 years’ experience both in the field of programming, evaluation, monitoring (Human Resources Development Operational Programme Managing Authority, Budapest, Hungary; ESZA Non-Profit Public Service Company, Intermediate Body for the Managing Authority, Budapest, Hungary), and project development and generation related to the following programmes: Norwegian Fund, New Hungarian Rural Development Programme, INTERREG IVC, CENTRAL, South East Europe (SEE), North West Europe (NWE), IEE, URBACT. He has been a member of the HBH project development team since the beginning of 2009. He has been responsible for the development of several successful projects, such as GovernEE (CENTRAL), PLUS (INTERREG IVC), DaHar (SEE), SYNAPTIC (NWE).
He pursued his graduate studies at the Department of English Language and Literature, ELTE University, Budapest, Hungary; at the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies, University of Tokyo, Japan; at the Department of International Relations, Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan; and at the Department of International Relations and European Studies, Central European University, Budapest, Hungary. His working languages are English and Hungarian. Additionally, he has a good command of Japanese and Italian.
