Grants Europe was established by Hen Gerritse and Eszter Kostenszky in 2008. Hen Gerritse is Grants Europe’s partner and has a solid track record in EU funding, both as former Director at the Interreg Secretariat and as strategic advisor for several regional authorities. Hen is working closely together with Eszter Kostenszky and they are responsible for managing the 10 member strong team. The team of five senior consultants have several years of relevant experience also from working in Brussels and they are supported by a smaller team of young professionals. Consultants of Grants Europe speak some 8 languages (English, Dutch, Hungarian, French, German, Swedish, Spanish and Italian) and have experience in working with all types of clients from different parts of Europe.
